Dave Rossberg is a passionate entrepreneur and experienced leader and mentor with a background in business, engineering, operations, training, program and project management, and scaling early-stage startups. He owned and operated his own construction project management firm while also serving as the VP of Operations for his family's construction business, where he became very familiar with the challenges faced by small business owners.

He is a former management consultant, having advised clients on growth strategy, M&A strategy, and market / competitive analysis. Prior to entering the corporate world, Dave served as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the US Navy for 7 years, deploying to both the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean Sea and obtaining his certification as a Naval Nuclear Engineer in the process.

He has led many diverse teams, ranging in size from just a few to several hundred, through various high-stress and high-consequence situations. Dave holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on operations, strategy, and management and a BS in materials science and engineering from Penn State University with a minor in entrepreneurship.
